René is the founding principal of LevelUp Success Innovations, with more than 30 years of HR and leadership service to small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and the individuals that drive these organizations.

With a SHRM-SCP certification and a Master's in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University, René has built HR infrastructure from scratch in some of the most demanding environments: fast-moving tech companies, traditional manufacturing floors, hospitality groups under pressure, financial services firms navigating compliance, and mission-driven nonprofits stretched thin.

She is the author of the forthcoming book The Human Unseen™, which introduces Unseen Leadership™ and the S.U.S.S.™ Framework — See, Understand, Support, Strengthen. Through LUSI, she weaves these ideas into a holistic model where HR, technology, leadership, and life skills stop competing for attention and start reinforcing each other.

Robert is LUSI's co-principal and the leader of its Technology arm — bringing nearly three decades of experience building products and high-performing engineering organizations, with focused contributions to the Leadership and Life Skills pillars as well.

His specialty is the space where product design, engineering leadership, and practical AI meet real business problems. He has built platforms, mentored emerging leaders, scaled teams through growth and change, and kept a consistent line on culture across all of it.
